File A Warranty Claim

Warranty claims process

Warranty claims may only be submitted for issues related to the fiberglass shell. Claims involving other components cannot be processed under this warranty.

Before You File a Claim Online, You Should:

Step 1 – Get Ready
(Review + Prep)

Review your warranty to make sure your pool is still under coverage. 

Confirm the issue is covered. 

Gather required materials — photos, documents, purchase info, etc.

You’ll have everything you need so there are no delays when you submit the claim.

Step 2 – Submit Claim

Fill out the online form, providing all required details:
the pool model, a clear description of the issue, date of purchase, etc.

Upload supporting photos and documents

Your claim will be routed to our warranty team for review.

Step 3 – Review

Warranty specialists examine what you submitted: verifying the issue, checking coverage, ensuring the materials meet guidelines.

If anything is missing, you may be contacted to supply additional info or photos.

Step 4 – Settlement

Allow our team 5-7 buisness days to process.
You will receive an email with the outcome and any next steps.
