“We contacted several pool companies before deciding on Tallman pools. We visited their factory which was almost two hours from our home town, Rome GA. The quality and thickness of their pools is obvious by just looking at them. We were undecided on what style we wanted. They showed us around their factory and explained the process they used to make the pool shells and showed us all of their styles. We decided on the 12×25 Cancun. That pool and size would fit our yard and comply with our town codes. Tallman doesn’t install in our area so we opted for the assisted install. Two guys from Tallman came out and leveled the gravel in the hole that I had dug. They guided the pool shell into the hole, hooked up all the plumbing to the filter and ran the lights to the electric panel. These guys were great and made the install a breeze. They also advised me on how to finish the back-fill of the pool. Tallman pools also guided me through every step of the install. I called them several times they were quick to answer any question I had, I even talked to the owner, Ed several times. We made the right choice choosing Tallman pools they stand behind their pools every step of the way.”

What usually falls by the wayside is follow up to the customer once the install is done and the seller walks away. But in this case, Tallman shines bright 🙂 I have never written a review but in this case I felt Edward should be recognized. He is extremely patient with a novice at pool maintenance. I’ve had a few questions over the last few months with water chemistry, filters, etc. Edward responds quickly and is always patient when I ask “”can you repeat that one more time?” I wanted to make sure the folks in charge at Tallman know that Edward provides great customer service and it is appreciated.”

“The entire process, from start to finish, was a breeze! The day we visited the showroom and factory, we met Mr. Tallman and we knew we were in good hands. From the day we signed the contract, to final walkthrough, it was about 2.5 months. They have been very responsive with any concerns we have had. Zane Holden, the CM, was a joy to work with. I have a gut feeling we will be friends for a LONG time! Now, realistically, lets think about the logistics there WILL be a mess. “We purchased a 14′ x 32′ Diamond Tech Brunswick pool Dec 12 ~12, 2021. We are the couple that showed up at the showroom with luggage in hand (straight from the airport) to tour the manufacturing and talk to a salesperson. Darin explained the process and we met many of the people behind the scenes that day. After 2+ hrs on site and we ordered the pool and were given an install date of August 4th, 2022.
