Assisted Installation Program
Tallman Pools is the manufacturer that has pioneered selling pools directly to the homeowner. This eliminates the middle-man and saves you an average of $10,000!
OUR ASSISTED INSTALLATION PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Assisting you in choosing the perfect pool for your family.
- Coordinating the delivery time of your pool with you and your excavation contractor.
- A qualified representative will personally speak with your excavation contractor and go over the dig instructions prior to excavation.
- Upon arrival, our installers will check the measurements of the hole and work with your excavation contractor to oversee any necessary adjustments that need to be made. Our installers will not operate any machinery.
- Work with your excavation contractor to assist in preparing the base of the hole with stone and installing your Water Inspection Port, Daylight Drain, or Well Point. (Additional Charges may apply for assistance with Well Points)
- Prepare the pool to be off-loaded into the hole. (Equipment to off-load is not provided).
- Guide the pool into the hole and work with your excavation contractor to level the pool shell. *Level to be checked with a laser transit*
- Place the pool equipment and install pool plumbing.
- Give instructions on beginning to fill pool with water using available water source.
- Give instructions on how and when the backfill process can be started and also how to complete it as the pool continues to fill with water. Please note that the backfill process is a gradual one and cannot be completed until the pool is full of water.
- Temporarily connect the pump on 110v power, allowing us to make sure that all your equipment is working properly (If variable speed pump is purchased, temporary hookup will not be available).
- You will be provided with instructions on how to register for your pool warranty and access the Use and Care Manual for your pool as well as register your pool and equipment warranties. Before leaving, our installers will show you basic operations of your pool equipment. (The Use and Care Manual will be provided during the Warranty registration process. Our office is always available to answer any additional questions)
- Our crew will remain on-site until the pool has been set and you and your excavation contractor have been given instructions on how to properly do the backfill process. *Pool level should be checked with a laser transit throughout the entire installation process.
- A qualified representative will personally speak with your electrician, as well as your concrete mason, to review the specifications of your project.
The only contractors you will need will be an excavation contractor, an electrician and someone to do your pool decking.
