The contest is open to all customers who own a Tallman Fiberglass Pool.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Tallman Pools, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the contest are not eligible to participate.
2. How to enter
Participants must submit a high-quality photo of their installed Tallman Pool via the official submission form on this contest page.
Only one entry per household.
Max of 5 images per submission.
Submission deadline: Nov 15th
3. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Photos must feature a Tallman Fiberglass Pool and be taken by the pool owner or someone authorized by the owner.
Photos must be high resolution and free of watermarks, logos, or other identifying marks.
Photos may not include any people; only the pool and its surroundings should be featured.
Submissions must not include inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
4. SUBMISSION USAGE
By submitting a photo, participants grant Tallman Pools the right to use their image for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the company’s website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
Photos selected for use on Tallman Pools’ website or social media will automatically be entered into the “Best Pool of the Year” contest.
5. JUDGING CRITERIA
Photo Quality-Is the image clear, well-lit, and visually appealing?
Showcasing the Pool -How well does the photo highlight the beauty and features of the Tallman Pool? Does it capture the pool as the centerpiece of the backyard?
Ambiance and Atmosphere-Does the photo evoke a sense of relaxation, fun, or luxury
Inspiration Factor-Does the photo inspire others to create their own dream backyard? Does it highlight unique design elements or personal touches?
6. BEST POOL OF THE YEAR" CONTEST
The Tallman Pools team will review all photos selected for marketing purposes to determine the “Best Pool of the Year.”
The winner will receive a $1000 grand prize.
The winner will be announced on Dec 10th via Tallman Pools’ website, press release announcement and social media channels.
7. PRIZE DETAILS
The grand prize is $1000, awarded to the winner of the “Best Pool of the Year” contest,
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Tallman Pools reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Tallman Pools reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or submits false or misleading information.
Tallman Pools is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or any other issues that may prevent participation.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tallman Pools, its employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
11. CHANGES TO THE CONTEST
Tallman Pools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clayton County, Georgia.
